Its warm colors – yellow and red – announce the passion : La Quiberonnaise has been defending, for almost a century, the ancestral know-how of a fish cannery specializing in sardines. Installed in the fishing port of the Quiberon peninsula, it has the particularity of only working fresh fish, in an artisanal way : the sardines are prepared and nested by hand within 48 hours of fishing. The Quiberonnaise has remained a family business , managed today by Bernard and Thierry Jourdan, the grandchildren of the designer, Henriette Jourdan.
